Nordegg Resources Inc.

Nordegg Resources Inc. (“Nordegg” or the “Company”) was incorporated on March 25, 2008 under the Business Companys Act (Alberta). 

Nordegg is engaged in the exploration for and development of oil and natural gas in western Canada. The Company commenced operations on June 2, 2008 when certain oil and gas properties were purchased using the proceeds from the issuance of common shares.
